The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The amenities like free WiFi throughout the property and the Finnish-style loyly sauna added to the overall experience.The hotel's proximity to Ebisu Garden Place and easy access to public transportation make it an ideal choice for travelers looking to explore the Shibuya area. The shared bathrooms were clean, well-equipped, and provided complimentary toiletries. The recreational opportunities at the hotel were a nice touch, offering guests additional ways to unwind during their stay. The surrounding area with its abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions further enhanced the experience, making it a great base for exploring Tokyo.
